It’s National Dental Hygiene Month—Help Us Recognize Felisha
You’ve probably heard lots of businesses talk about how they treat their employees like family. At Lake County Dental we do just that. And that’s why it’s so important you get to know our staff just like you would a family member. You trust us with your dental health, it’s only fitting you get to know more about us. In honor of National Dental Hygiene Month, we’d like to tell you a little more about one of the smiling faces in our office, our dental hygienist Felisha.

Felisha enjoys family time
Yes, our hygienists do have a life outside of the office. When she isn’t at work, Felisha likes to spend time with her husband of six years, her two children (Molly and Bree) and their family dog Ask’um, a Vizsla. Felisha has an adventurous spirit from her favorite off-time activity—snowmobiling. When she isn’t out plowing through the snow and ice, she also likes spending time with her family.

Getting to know you
Felisha is a big part of our hygienist staff. We love her personality and the fact she likes to take the time to get to know each patient on a individual level. She loves the friendly co-workers at Lake County Dental and she really appreciates working for Dr. Potts because he is “always making [her] strive to do better and learn new things.”
Keep up the good work
Take some time this National Dental Hygiene Month to say thanks to all of our dental hygienists for helping you take better care of your teeth and gums. And also be sure to do the “Daily 4” by brushing your teeth at least twice a day, flossing daily, rinsing with antimicrobial mouthwash, and chewing sugar-free gum
