We leave room in our daily schedule in order to accommodate dental emergencies. This can be anything from a severe toothache to an aesthetic emergency, such as a broken front tooth, or even a broken crown.
A Gentle Emergency Dentist
Often patients end up with dental emergencies because of a fear of the dentist. It may be that you’ve had a traumatic experience with the dentist in the past that has caused you to avoid dental care. We’ve seen emergency patients who haven’t been to the dentist in years. We do not want you to feel embarrassed. No one in our office will judge you—nor will anyone lecture you. We’re just glad you’ve entrusted your care to us.
Our entire team is sensitive to fearful patients and will strive to make you feel at ease during your time with us. Additionally, Dr. Potts has received training as a sedation dentist. Using these procedures helps to relax you. Depending on the level of sedation you prefer, you may not even remember the procedure.
