Sometimes, and I mean sometimes, a chipped tooth can be bonded back together. The stars have to align a certain way, if you know what I mean. First, you have to get to a cosmetic dentist who knows what they’re doing in a short amount of time. You can’t put off going. There are cosmetic dentists who treat emergencies. Next, you have to have the complete chip. Finally, it has to stay hydrated. Even with all of those factors, it still might not be possible.
If the chip can’t be restored, don’t despair. It doesn’t mean you will have to have a chipped tooth the rest of your life. Dental bonding is a simple procedure. It can restore your tooth completely.
